Ingredients

  • 6 ounce butter
  • 18 ounce grilled chicken sliced
  • 12 ounce sun-dry tomatoes
  • 12 ounce mushrooms sliced
  • 6 Tbsp. finely-grated Parmesan cheese
  • 36 ounce roasted garlic cream sauce
  • 36 ounce bowtie pasta (abt 6 ounce pasta per serving) Italian parsley sprig if you like

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta as directed on package.
  2. Meanwhile, saute/fry butter and mushrooms about 30 seconds. Add in the roasted garlic cream sauce and Parmesan; heat thoroughly.
  3. Remove pasta from water and drain. Add in pasta to the saute/fry pan and mix well. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and Italian parsley sprig.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
