Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. buttermilk, dry
  • 1 1/8 c. water
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 3 c. bread flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp dry basil
  • 1/4 tsp dry oregano
  • 1 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast

Directions

  1. Combine buttermilk pwdr and water together and place in bread pan along with remaining ingredients according to manufacturer's directions. Select regular baking cycle, light crust setting, and start machine.
  2. Makes a 11/2 lb. loaf.
