  • 1 lb Beef round, lean -- trimmed Of Fat -- grnd
  • 1 c. High protein cereal
  • 1/2 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 1 x Egg -- lightly beaten
  • 2 tsp Instant beef bouillon -- opt
  • 2 Tbsp. Instant chopped onion Salt & Pepper to taste
