Heidi Bakes Screws up Banana Bread recipe posted on Get Cracking Recipe
It calls for 5 and 1/2 cups bananas. I had to sign up for this blog just so I could try to contact someone to tell about this so it can hopefully be fixed.
I will now delete my membership to this site.

Ingredients
- 5 1/2 cups bananas

- 2 c flour
- 1 c sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1½ c coarsely chopped walnuts (I did not add walnuts)
- 2 eggs
- 5½ c mashed bananas (about bananas)
- ¼ c sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 and stick (1/2 c) butter melted, brought to room temp.
Directions
- Directions were not included in the original recipe as you can see when Heidi posted it to Get Cracking.
- Not sure I want to trust recipes from Heidi website/ blog now
