Ingredients

  • 2 c. boiled ham, cut into chunks
  • 5 c. potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 1/8 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 4 slc cheese (i use Velveeta)
  • 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Mix lowfat milk, flour, salt and pepper. Place ham and potatoes in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour lowfat milk mix over ham and potatoes (you may need to add in more lowfat milk). Place butter on top in slices. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hrs.
  2. After its done, lay cheese on top to heat.
