Hahn's German Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients

2 slices bacon 1/2 sm. onion 4 tbsp. brown sugar

1/2 c. vinegar Dash of salt 4-6 med. potatoes

Directions

1. Peel, dice, and cook potatoes. Set aside. In skillet fry diced bacon and minced onions. When done, add in brown sugar and vinegar. Let simmer till it forms a syrup. Add in cooked potatoes, salt, and heat.
