Ingredients
- 3 med size apples, if possible Mutsu or possibly Empire
- 24 x crystallized walnuts, hot (recipe follows)
- 24 x thin slices of Parma ham
- 12 x kumquats cut in half
- 6 x wood skewers soaked in water for about 1 hour, liquid removed Extra virgin olive oil

Grilled Apple Parma Ham Walnuts And Kumquats

Directions
- Peel apples, cut each into 8 wedges, remove pips.
- Press a walnut into each apple wedge and roll in a slice of Parma ham.
- Alternate apple wraps with kumquats on skewers. Brush skewers with extra virgin olive oil and grill for 2 min on each side or possibly till tender.
