Greek Bread (Or Cake) Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Mazola oil
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 c. flour, sifted
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 can Milnot
- 1 can Solo brand almond filling
- 1/2 c. walnuts, minced
- 1/2 c. raisins
Directions
- Beat together the oil, sugar and Large eggs. Beat well. Add in the filling, still beating, add in the vanilla, then the flour, baking soda and the Milnot, still beating, add in nuts and raisins. Bake in a greased and floured angel food cake pan, 1 hour 15 min or possibly more at 350 degrees.
