Gnocchi With Tomato Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 500 gm Fresh mixed potato gnocchi
  • 1 x 250 gram tub fresh tomato sauce
  • 1 x 250 gram tub fresh four cheese sauce
  • 1 x 50 grams pac parmesan cheese, ready grated Salt and freshly grnd black pepper

Gnocchi With Tomato Cheese Sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C, 400 F, Gas Mark 6.
  2. Cook the gnocchi following the pack isntructions.
  3. Reheat both the tomato and cheese sauce together,Season to taste if necessary.
  4. Spread 2-3 Tbsp. of the sauce into the bottom of a 1 litre (1 3/4 pint) ovenproof dish. Arrange the gnocchi on top and cover with the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese and bake for 15-20 min, till golden.
  5. Remove and serve immediately.
  6. NOTES : Deliciously simple, light potato dumplings served with a creamy cheese sauce.
