Ingredients
- 1/3 c. Dry sherry
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. Gingerroot, finely minced
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 x Garlic clove, finely minced
- 4 x Butterfly pork chops, 1" thick

Ginger Sherry Pork Chops
Servings: 4
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except pork in shallow glass dish. Place pork in dish; turn to coat with marinade. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Remove pork from marinade; reserve marinade. Cover and grill 4-5" from medium coals, 14-16 min, brushing occasionally with marinade and turning once, till no longer pink in center.
