Ingredients

  • 6 ounce Penne or possibly other tube pasta
  • 3/4 lb Grnd beef
  • 1 x 14 1/2 ounce ca chunky pasta style Stewed tomatoes, (delmonte)
  • 1 c. Sliced green onions
  • 1 pkt Cream cheese, (3 ounce)
  • 1/2 c. Shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. Shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. Shredded sharp, cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Cook pasta as package directs; drain. In skillet brown meat. Salt and pepper to taste. Add in tomatoes; cook uncovered till slightly thickened.
  2. Stir in onions and cream cheese. Toss with remaining ingredients. Cover 2 min to heat cheeses. Prep and cook time: 30 min
