Four Cheese, Pasta And Beef Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 ounce Penne or possibly other tube pasta
- 3/4 lb Grnd beef
- 1 x 14 1/2 ounce ca chunky pasta style Stewed tomatoes, (delmonte)
- 1 c. Sliced green onions
- 1 pkt Cream cheese, (3 ounce)
- 1/2 c. Shredded swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. Shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. Shredded sharp, cheddar cheese
Directions
- Cook pasta as package directs; drain. In skillet brown meat. Salt and pepper to taste. Add in tomatoes; cook uncovered till slightly thickened.
- Stir in onions and cream cheese. Toss with remaining ingredients. Cover 2 min to heat cheeses. Prep and cook time: 30 min
