- 1 c. cooked corn kernels, cut from the cob
- 1 Tbsp. minced green pepper Sea salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp until
- 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese, well liquid removed
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 stalk celery
