  1. Preheat the oven to 300 F. Grease two 7x3 inch loaf pans and line with wax paper. Combine the fruit, nuts and baking pwdr. Beat the Large eggs till thick and creamy. Beat in the honey and vanilla. Pour the egg mix into the fruit mix and combine thoroughly. Spoon into the pans. Bake for 1 1/2 hrs. Allow to cold completely in the pans.
  2. Makes 2 loaves.
  3. Mix 'N Match Meals.
