- 1 1/2 lb round steak cut into serving size pcs
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 16 ounce tomatoes
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. finely minced carrots
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Easy Oven Baked Swiss Steak

Directions
- Lb. 1 Tbsp. flour into each side of steak. Brown in oil. Transfer to 9 x 13 oven proof dish. Add in remaining flour to skillet, stir in remaining
- ingredients. Stir until thick and bubbly, pour over steak and bake covered at 350degrees for 1 hour 20 min or possibly till tender.
