Directions

  1. Boil chicken with onion, celery and seasonings in large pot with 2 qts water. Remove from heat and debone. Bring back to boil. Cut flour tortillas in small strips, approximately 1"x2", and drop in pot while mix is boiling. Lower heat and cook till done, approximately 20 to 30 min.
