Ingredients

  • 1 c. light brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon meal
  • 2 whole Large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted or possibly soft
  • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 unbaked pastry shell

Directions

  1. Sift the brown sugar and mix with the white sugar, flour and meal. Add in unbeaten Large eggs and the lowfat milk. Beat till the sugar is almost dissolved. Stir in butter. Flavor with vinegar and vanilla. Pour into unbaked 9-inch pastry shell. Bake at 325 degrees about 25 min.
