(Diabetic) Cabbage Pineapple Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 c. cabbage, shredded
  • 1 pound can unsweetened pineapple, diced
  • 2 tbsp. sugar replacement
  • Dash of salt
  • 1/2 c. low calorie whipped topping (prepared)

(Diabetic) Cabbage Pineapple Salad

 
 

Directions

  1. Combine cabbage and pineapple with juice, sugar replacement and salt. Stir and put at room temperature 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. Drain. Mix in topping.
  2. Low calorie whipped topping - mix nondairy whipped topping with water.
