Cuban Style Curried Turkey by Denise SherinI got this from a Crockpot Cookbook, its low fat and easy to prepare. Serve over rice, couscous or noodles. Leftovers are good mixed with scrambled eggs and served in flour tortilla for a quick breakfast burrito. |
