- cranberry orange and port sauce
- 500 gm cranberries
- 200 ml orange juice
- 100 ml water grated zest of a lemon grated zest of an orange
- 90 ml port
- 300 gm sugar
- 1 x little grnd cinnamon

Directions
- Wash the cranberries then combine all the ingredients in a large stainless steel pot.
- Bring to the boil stirring from time to time.
- Reduce the heat cover and simmer gently for 15 min.
- Allow to cold before serving.
- Sufficient for 10
