Ingredients

  • cranberry orange and port sauce
  • 500 gm cranberries
  • 200 ml orange juice
  • 100 ml water grated zest of a lemon grated zest of an orange
  • 90 ml port
  • 300 gm sugar
  • 1 x little grnd cinnamon

Directions

  1. Wash the cranberries then combine all the ingredients in a large stainless steel pot.
  2. Bring to the boil stirring from time to time.
  3. Reduce the heat cover and simmer gently for 15 min.
  4. Allow to cold before serving.
