Crab And Corn Chowder

Ingredients

  • 1 sm Onion, minced
  • 4 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 1/3 c. Flour
  • 3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 med Potatoes
  • 1 sm Green pepper
  • 1 slc Celery
  • 1 c. Half and half cream
  • 4 slc Bacon, crisp and crumbled
  • 2 can Crabmeat
  • 1 can Kernel corn

Crab And Corn Chowder

Servings: 1
 

Directions

  1. Saute/fry onion in margarine till soft. Add in flour and cook gently for 1 minute, remove from heat. Gradually add in lowfat milk. Return to heat and cook till thick. Add in diced potatoes, celery, green pepper and cream. Simmer 30 min. Add in crabmeat and corn. Heat through.
