Carmelized Pear SaladThis is a nice summer salad. My daughter and I had something similar to this at a restaurant. Hope you enjoy! My husband won't touch it with a ten foot pole - but then again, he doesn't eat any vegetables other than potatoes. More for the rest of us! |
