Ingredients
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/2 x tteaspoon garlic pwdr
- 4 lb bottom round roast - (to 5 lbs)
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 c. cola flavored soda
- 1 can chili sauce - (12 ounce)
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. warm sauce

Directions
- Combine salt, pepper and garlic pwdr; rub over surface of roast. Brown roast on all sides in vegetable oil in heavy pan or possibly Dutch oven. Drain off drippings. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over roast. (Can be done in crock pot at this point, about 8 to 10 hrs on LOW or possibly 4 to 5 on HIGH.) Cover and bake in 325 degree oven for 3 hrs or possibly till tender.
