4 lbs. fresh spareribs, sliced into individual ribs
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. dry sherry
1 clove garlic, mashed
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
For Faberware Broiler: Rack Position - High. Time - 45 to 50 min.
For Barbecue: Broil over low flame, turning often.
