Ingredients

  • 4 lbs. fresh spareribs, sliced into individual ribs
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. dry sherry
  • 1 clove garlic, mashed
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. For Faberware Broiler: Rack Position - High. Time - 45 to 50 min.
  2. For Barbecue: Broil over low flame, turning often.
