Chile N Cheese Roll Ups

Ingredients

  • 4 ounce nonfat cream cheese sofened
  • 1 c. lowfat cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 ounce green chiles (Ortega) diced
  • 1/2 c. green onions sliced
  • 1/2 c. olives minced
  • 4 x 6 inch nonfat flour tortillas

Chile N Cheese Roll Ups

Servings: 8
 

Directions

  1. In bowl, blend cheeses, chilies, onions & olives. Spread 1/2 c. mix on each totilla. Roll up each tortilla jelly-roll fashion. Warp each roll in plastic warp and refrigerateat least 1 hour.
  2. To serve, cut each roll into 12 (1/2-inch thick) slices.
  3. NOTES : Serve with salsa if you like.
