Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. sherry or possibly sweet white wine
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger or possibly 1/4 teaspoon grnd
  • 1 x clove garlic crushed boneless chicken breasts pineapple and pepper chunks if making kebobs

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients except chicken. Pour marinade over chicken. Cover and chill one hour or possibly overnight. Grill chicken, brushing occasionally with marinade.
  2. NOTES : This is delicious when the chicken is cut into chunks and threaded on skewers with pineapple chunks and green and red pepper chunks.
