Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. Kikkoman teriyaki marinade
- 1/4 c. white cooking wine
- 1 tbsp. garlic pwdr
- 1 healthy pinch of ginger
- 1 flank steak or possibly 4 boneless chicken breasts

Chicken Steak Teriyaki
Directions
- Combine ingredients and marinate meat 6 to 8 hrs in the refrigerator, scoring the steak on both sides first if using beef.
- Grill and brush remaining marinade over meat as it cooks. Slice steak into thin strips.
