Chicken Steak Teriyaki

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. Kikkoman teriyaki marinade
  • 1/4 c. white cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp. garlic pwdr
  • 1 healthy pinch of ginger
  • 1 flank steak or possibly 4 boneless chicken breasts

Chicken Steak Teriyaki

 
 

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients and marinate meat 6 to 8 hrs in the refrigerator, scoring the steak on both sides first if using beef.
  2. Grill and brush remaining marinade over meat as it cooks. Slice steak into thin strips.
