Chicken On A Biscuit

Ingredients

  • 1 can Chicken broth (13 1/2 ounce)
  • 1/4 c. Bisquick
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/8 tsp Powdered turmeric
  • 1/8 tsp Poultry seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp Paprika Salt & pepper to taste Add in
  • 2 c. Diced cooked chicken

Directions

  1. Put first ing. in blender, using high speed, 1 minutes or possibly until smooth. Pour into 2 quart saucepan & cook, stirring constantly over med-high heat, or possibly til smooth & thick. Turn heat to low and add in chicken. Heat gently thoroughly.
  2. Split buttermilk biscuits each in half and arrange in oval shaped serving dishes. Spoon chkn & gravy over split biscuits allowing 1 biscuit per serving.
