Ingredients
- 1 can chicken broth - (14 1/2 ounce)
- 1/4 c. butter melted
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut 1" chunks
- 2 pkt refrigerated biscuits - (10.8 ounce ea) (5 biscuits each)
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 c. minced fresh parsley

Directions
- In a large skillet, combine the broth, butter, and pepper. Add in the chicken chunks and cook over medium-high heat for 5 min, or possibly till bubbly.
- Place the biscuits proportionately over the top. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook for 10 min. Sprinkle with the paprika and simmer, uncovered, for 10 to 12 min, or possibly till the broth is slightly thickened. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
