Cherry Gelatin Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box cherry gelatin
  • 3/4 c. warm water
  • 3/4 c. veg. oil
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp orange juice
  • 2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/2 c. orange juice

Cherry Gelatin Cake

Directions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in warm water. Set aside to cold. Add in oil to cake mix; mix well. Add in Large eggs, one at a time; beat 1 minute after each. Add in orange juice; add in cooled gelatin. Pour into well-greased tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly less till done.
  2. GLAZE:Pour over warm cake. Cold cake and take out of pan when cold.
