Ingredients
- 3 can sliced carrots, liquid removed well
- 3 x apples peeled and either sliced or possibly diced (I leave them fairly thick)
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
- 1/2 c. orange juice

Carrot And Apple Casserole
Servings: 4
Directions
- Mix the carrots and apples in a casserole dish. Combine the sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the top of the carrot/apple mix. Dot the top with the butter. Pour orange juice over the top, bake 350: for about 45 min to 1 hour or possibly till the apples are tender.
