Ingredients
- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 1 x 8 ounce crushed pineapple
- 1 x 8 ounce Cold Whip
- 4 c. To 6 c. diced apples
- 1 sm bag crushed peanuts

Carmel Apple Dessert

Directions
- Drain and save pineapple juice. Cook apple cider vinegar, egg, flour, sugar and pineapple juice on medium heat for 5 min to custard consistency, stirring constantly. Let cold. Mix apples and pineapple first, then add in custard mix and cold whip. Chill. Add in nuts before serving.
