Cajun/Creole Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/4 c. catsup chile peppers Tabasco sauce Cajun seasoning or possibly Creole seasoning
Directions
- Cajin/creole Sauce: combine 1/4 to 1/2 c. catsup seasoned with chile peppers and a dash of Tabasco. Herbs: Cajun or possibly Creole spice mix.
- Use this sauce on baked tofu (see recipe Baked Tofu #2)
- Serve over white or possibly "dirty rice' topped with spicy tomato sauce.
