Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. Water
  • 12 c. Confectioners sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. Shortening
  • 1/2 tsp Clear vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Butter extract

Directions

  1. Start with 4 c. of sugar, alternately add in shortening and remaining sugar till well blended. Add in flavorings. Beat at low speed till smooth.
  2. NOTE: This icing can be stored for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
