Brownie Macaroon Torte w/ Irish Cream Glaze Recipe

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup almonds, toasted and finely chopped or ground
• 1-1/2 cups coconut
• 2 T unbleached flour
• 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated)
• 1/2 tsp. almond extract
• 1 egg
• Brownie:
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1 box Brownie Mix (Large Size for 13x9 pan)
• 3 T amaretto (or 1-1/2 tsp. almond extract + 1-1/2 tsp. water)
• 2 eggs
• Glaze:
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 1 T Baileys Irish Cream
• Garnish:
• 2 to 3 T toasted coconut (or toasted, slivered almonds)
