Ingredients

  • 4 x Pork chops, 3/4" thick
  • 1/2 c. Raw rice
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 x Onion, sliced
  • 1 can Beef gravy Pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 F. Trim fat and sprinklw chops with season salt. Brown in non stick frying pan. Remove to casserole. Add in rice to frying pan, stir and brown. Stir in gravy, water, salt and pepper. Arrange sliced onions over top of chops. Bake uncovered 1 hour or possibly till done.
