  • 2 bn broccoli Tabasco sauce Sharp Cheddar cheese, to taste Worcestershire sauce Bechamel sauce

Broccoli With Mornay Sauce

Directions

  1. Use leftover Bechamel Sauce (see recipe for "Bechamel Sauce #2" in this cookbook) and add in to taste: grated Cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce and tabasco. Stir.
  2. Cut stems off broccoli and steam. Add in to sauce and serve.
