Ingredients

  • 1 c. frzn hash browns
  • 1 pound bulk sausage, browned and liquid removed
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. processed American cheese, cubed grated Cheddar cheese
  • Croutons, bread crumbs, or possibly crushed potato chips

Directions

  1. Combine soup, lowfat milk, Large eggs and cheese. Mix with hash browns and sausage. Put mix in flat 7 x 10 inch casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs and cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min. Make night before, and bake in morning.
