Ingredients
- 3 c. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Cream of tartar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 tsp Black walnut extract
- 1/2 c. Walnuts, minced

Black Walnut Fudge
Servings: 12
Directions
- Cook sugar, cream of tartar, salt, and lowfat milk to soft ball stage, stirring frequently. Wipe down sides of pan to remove crystals. Remove from heat; add in butter. Cold without stirring, till lukewarm. Add in extract and nuts; beat till creamy. Pour into a greased square pan; cut in squares.
- Makes 11/2 pounds.
