Betty's Cole Slaw Recipe
I have tasted alot of cole slaw and this one wins. I use this recipe for alot of caterings.
Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage, grated
- 3 carrots, grated
- 4 tbsp. sugar - maybe more
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. celery seed
- 2 tbsp. vinegar - maybe more
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 to 1 cup mayo
Directions
- Combine all ingredients. Taste. If you need more sugar or vinegar now is the time to add it. Refrigerate.
