  • 1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix (if no pudding in mix, add in 1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 bar German's sweet chocolate, grated
  • 1 (6 ounce) pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 (6 ounce) pkg. butterscotch chips
  • 1 c. minced pecans or possibly walnuts

Directions

  1. Mix first 7 ingredients by hand and beat only a couple strokes. Then add in last 3 ingredients; mix well. Bake in greased and lightly floured Bundt pan at 350 degrees for 55 min or possibly till cake tests done. Invert immediately to cake plate. No icing.
