Ingredients

  • 1 c. Minced onion
  • 3 1/2 c. Water
  • 3 x Beef bouillon cubes
  • 2 jar low-fat mushroom gravy, (12 ounce.)
  • 1/4 tsp Thyme leaves
  • 12 ounce Noodles
  • 1 bag frzn mixed vegetables (16 ounce.) (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
  • 1/2 c. Nonfat lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. Cook beef and onions in large skillet until meat is no longer pink.
  2. Add in water, bouillon cubes, gravy and thyme. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Stir in noodles and frzn vegetables. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 8 -10 mins, stirring twice, till noodles are tender. Remove from heat and stir in lowfat sour cream.
