Ingredients
- 4 lb Cubed steak
- 1/4 c. Flour seasoned with Salt and pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Fat
- 1 med Onion
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 c. Catsup
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt Water
- 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar

Barbecued Cube Steak

Directions
- Flour and season steak and brown in fat. Add in minced onion, brown lightly. Mix ingredients, pour over steak. Cover slightly. Cook slowly 35 min, or possibly till steak is tender.
