- 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. Dry red wine
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 2 tsp Fresh rosemary chopped
- 1 c. Dry cherries Salt and pepper

Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce till liquid thickens and becomes syrupy.
