Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 c. Dry red wine
  • 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 c. Dry cherries Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce till liquid thickens and becomes syrupy.
  2. Serving Ideas: This sauce is perfect for peppered beef, pork, and lamb.
