Ingredients

  • 4 slc bread -- cut in 1/2" cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. finely minced parsley
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. water Salt and pepper
  • 6 x frankfurters
  • 6 slc bacon

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients; add in sufficient water to moisten, and mix well.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Slit frankfurters lengthwise, cutting almost through; stuff with bread mix. Wrap a bacon slice around each frankfurter, securing with a wooden pick. Place in a shallow pan and bake at 400 degrees F. for 15 to 20 min.
  4. Yield: 6 servings.
