Ingredients

  • 1 c. minced walnuts
  • 1 (18 1/2 ounce.) pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 (3 3/4 ounce.) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. cool water
  • 1/2 c. veg. oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour 10 inch tube or possibly 12 c. bundt pan.
  2. Sprinkle nuts over bottom of pan. Mix all cake ingredients together. Pour batter over nuts. Bake 1 hour. Cold. Invert on serving plate. Prick top. Drizzle and smooth glaze proportionately over top and sides. Allow cake to absorb glaze. Repeat till glaze is used up. Decorate with seasonal fruits.
