Asian Style Chicken Packets

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar, packed
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 4 x Boned and skinned chicken breast halves
  • 3 c. Frzn stir fry vegetable mix
  • 4 sht Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Foil, (12x8 inches each)

Directions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic pwdr and cayenne pepper. set aside.
  2. 2. Center one chicken breast half on each foil sheet. Pour soy sauce mix proportionately over chicken. Top with vegetables.
  3. 3. Wrap and seal to create 4 packets.
  4. 4. Bake 18 to 22 min on a cookie sheet in the overn. To serve, spoon vegetables and sauce over chicken.
  5. I love this recipe. It's similar to an entree some Chinese restaurants serve. Usually referred to as chicken in foil. All of the flavors mingle together to make it delicious. This is a great recipe for freezing if you need individual servings later on. Tip: if you do not have heavy duty foil just double up on the regular stuff.
