  • A few dozen snow peas, thinly sliced
  • 1 227 gram bag bean sprouts or shredded seeded zuchini
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1 red pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped or 1/2 bunch flat leaf parsley
  • 1 cup or so of fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • ½ small red cabbage, shredded

Directions

  1. . Toss all the chopped and diced veggies together with the chopped herbs.
  2. 2. Serve under Fishy Ribs or another equally flavourful and brothy preparation.
