Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. finely-minced onion
  • 2 x garlic cloves crushed
  • 1/3 c. finely-minced pimiento
  • 1/2 c. white vinegar
  • 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 48 x artichoke hearts - (1 lb, 6 ounce) cooked
