Ingredients

  • 14 ounce canned artichoke hearts, liquid removed and minced
  • 4 ounce canned green chili peppers, rinsed, seeded, chop
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise Tortilla chips Breadsticks

Directions

  1. Combine the minced artichoke hearts, minced chili pepperrs, cheese, and mayonnaise. Turn mix into an 8-inch round baking dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven about 20 min or possibly until heated through. Serve hot with tortilla chips and breadsticks.
